Usually around February/March of every year I start following a diet to try to get ready to umpire for when All Stars comes around. I would usually lose about 15-20 lbs. or so and gain it back right after the season was over.
This March I started one as usual, but the outcome was completely different. I had no idea that by the time the World Series was over that I would be 126 lbs. lighter. Also didn’t know how much more energy I’d have and how much better I would be sleeping.
I never needed a “diet” change. I needed to change my lifestyle and mindset. I’m so grateful for what this program and my coach, Kelly McCullough, have done for me!
