I was so ready to knock off some weight but even beyond the weight I was ready to make a lot of changes.  I am older and was worried that I could not lose the weight.  Well, I have lost down 2.5 sizes and the journey has brought to light so many things I was not expecting.  I have had a lot of tummy problems my entire life.  My side was always hurting me.  Through working with Kelly, my pain has subsided.  I cannot tell you what a difference it makes not being in pain all of the time.  Let’s face it, pain is no picnic and can really take one off of their game.  I needed this kick in the arse but I had to be ready to accept this change in my life.  Having a coach help me that

This is an easy program to follow BUT with that said one has to do it.   I like having what I need to snack on at my fingertips and I do not have to think about it.  It’s just there.

It is so important to be healthy and to feel good.  Feeling good changes so many things about us.  I truly love working with Kelly.

Well, when I started this program my main mission was to have better test results once I returned for my annual checkup which was about 2 months from that start date. Kelly McCullough, my coach, was very confident, and simply stated “that’s plenty of time to see a difference.”

 

My numbers had improved. The doctor was surprised to see my improvement and changes in weight. Just with that short amount of time and significant improvements, I was convinced that this is the best option for me to continue to change my habits and improve my health to avoid the generational diseases and age classification that always wants to be placed on women over 40.

Usually around February/March of every year I start following a diet to try to get ready to umpire for when All Stars comes around. I would usually lose about 15-20 lbs. or so and gain it back right after the season was over.
